Invite to Apply enables recruiters to engage with tech candidates who fit their open roles. 

With Invite to Apply, recruiters can invite candidates to apply to their manually posted jobs on Dice with just a few clicks, saving significant time crafting custom emails. 

Not familiar with Invite to Apply? Here’s an introduction. 

After manually posting a job on Dice, recruiters can invite technologists to apply to their job directly from an Auto Talent Alert, or after reviewing the candidate’s profile.

After clicking "Invite to apply", an email template will open with personalized information automatically populated, including: 

• The job the recruiter is inviting the technologist to apply to, with a link to view the job posting on Dice
• The recruiter's name, a link to their recruiter profile, and their email contact information

Once invited, the technologist will automatically receive the email invite and can select to view and apply to the job on Dice.
