The Technical Program Manager works as a key member of the CPP-Minneapolis Executive staff who is the main point of contact for the selected customer(s). This position reports the General Manager and has a team of direct technical engineers who are responsible for part quality and part producibility. There is also an account manager that reports to this position. This position interacts directly with the customers, other Customer Program Managers, the Quality Assurance team, the process Engineer
