Roles/Responsibilities: The scope of the proposed services will include the following: Test IT systems and processes; build defined test scripts for completion.Run test scripts or scenarios to validate software.Test all aspects of application components for compliance with the provided specifications.Run load tests to isolate performance issues.Provide technical/non-technical knowledge transfer of testing processes. Provide training to new users and take the lead when troubleshooting system prob
