Define controls and diagnostics subsystem level requirements that: ensure compliance to safety requirements, ensure compliance with government regulations and GM-internal policies, meet higher level physics based requirements, enable efficient implementation in and embedded controller and address lessons learned. Ensure subsystem level test re
