The scope of the proposed services will include the following: Oversee the installation, administration, configuration and support of applications. Coordinate enhancement, modifications or upgrades with users, developers, business analysts, infrastructure teams, governance groups, and change management teams with a goal of aligning testing processes. Produce documentation related to the provisioning, maintenance and support of the system. Initiate roll-back procedures and information related
