Description This resource will be on the Operations. This team is in charge or supporting, maintaining all of larger Applications, Products, etc. This team will be supporting Windows, AD, Nutanix, VMWare, Linux, SQL, Oracle, Exchange, Office 365, Azure. The main focus of the troubleshooting and tickets would be with Windows Servers, Nutanix, AD & Office 365. This Administrator will be handling the majority of the level 3 troubleshooting tickets.
