Provide 24/7 operational monitoring, ticket handling, and troubleshooting to ensure network stability and minimize post-deployment issues. Monitor KPIs, alarms, and system degradations, escalating where needed to ensure proper implementation and network performance. Perform pre- and post-deployment validations to confirm successful
