Our client is looking for someone with significant network and systems engineering experience who can run point on hospital IT upgrades, i.e. helping to establish technical governance, standards, policies and procedures, and to work with their two vendors on the implementation of the upgrades. This role is a hybrid of program management skills coupled with an engineering background. Candidates could be Highly Technical PM's or an Engineer who has done significant Project or Program Management
