Responsibilities Manage moves, adds, and changes telephony services.Install, test, troubleshoot, and upgrade telephone infrastructure and equipment.Lead incident and problem resolution for telephony issues via ServiceNow.Conduct site surveys and design field telephony infrastructure.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for telephony processes.Train users on new phone features.Assist with computer network field infrastructure as needed.
