Must be able to do ONSITE Face-to-Face interview. Requirements: 7 or more years of experience in providing IT technical support. Proficiency in Windows 10, MS Office 365, and Active Directory. Experience with network infrastructure equipment (servers, switches, routers, VoIP). Experience in Azure and SCCM. Experience with mobile device management (iOS, Android) and encryption. Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Salesforce preferred). Strong communication and troubleshooting
