Job DescriptionOur client is in the AI & Robotics industry and is looking to add a Junior IT Support Engineer to their team based in Sunnyvale, CA Location: Sunnyvale, CA Duration: 12 month contract - 40/hrs a week. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line IT support for laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals (macOS).Manage onboarding/offboarding tasks including hardware setup and account provisioning.Maintain and monitor endpoint management and identity systems (e.g., MDM, SSO, MFA).Troublesho
