Initiate, develop and manage large capital projects including test and manufacturing equipment, facility enhancements and new product start-ups Communicate closely with CPS engineering team to understand all critical requirements of new test infrastructure Evaluate current and future state manufacturing and Test processes and ensures that sound engineering and manufacturing principles are being followed Manage test technician(s) and electrician(s) to complete preventative maintenance, maintenanc
