Description Candidates must have a great combination of excellent customer service and strong technical troubleshooting. Candidates must have strong experience supporting Windows, Active Directory, MS Office, mobile devices, Citrix, and VPN issues. Any legal experience or experience supporting a document management system is a big plus. Candidates should have experience taking the initial call from end users (when the end user is most irritated). The first 5-6 months you will be onsite every day
