You will act as an owners rep to ensure Electrical contractor compliance with plans, specs and current building codes. Must have 10 years experience in large scale pharma project or equivalent. Responsible for documenting construction issues, RFIs, plan deviations within site documentation system. Familiar with ensuring trades work meetings specs and quality standards. Familiar with power distribution, lighting and communication systems, ensuring they meet the project requirements and standards
