Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced IBM DataPower Developer with strong hands-on experience in IBM DataPower development, configuration, integration, and production support. The ideal candidate should have expertise in DataPower appliances, security policies, XSLT transformations, XML/JSON, and web services.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years of hands-on IBM DataPower experience.
4+ years of application development and production support experience.
Hands-on experience with IBM DataPower XI52, IDG, and X3 devices.
Strong experience creating and configuring WSP, XFW, MPGW, FSH, and Log Targets.
Experience with AAA policies, certificates, encryption, and security configurations.
Proficiency in XSLT, XML, JSON, XML Schema, JSON Schema, SOA, SOAP, WSDL, and REST APIs.
Experience with JSON-to-XML, XML-to-JSON, and JSON-to-SOAP transformations using XSLT.
Knowledge of WebSphere Transformation Extender (WTX) and DataPower configuration.
Strong troubleshooting, error handling, and DataPower debugging skills.
Experience with Splunk and ELF.
Familiarity with SoapUI, Postman, and other API testing tools.
Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, documentation, and production support processes.
Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ, and support flexible hours and production activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of AWS, AWS API Gateway, and cloud-native platforms.
Familiarity with IBM WebSphere MQ.
Knowledge of load balancing, VIPs, and related configurations.
IBM DataPower certification is a plus.
Experience with JMeter is an advantage.
