24/7 business-critical support aur rotating weekend on-call mein participate karna.
Must-have skills
Strong Linux/Unix administration and production support.
Python scripting preferred; strong shell scripting bhi acceptable.
Server infrastructure, filesystems, networking aur storage fundamentals.
SQL aur relational databases; IBM DB2 experience useful.
Incident, change aur problem management; ServiceNow/ITIL.
Monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Independent troubleshooting, analytical skills aur communication.
