RPA Solution Lead

Client is seeking an RPA UiPath Solution Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade automation solutions using UiPath. In this role, you will lead the technical implementation of complex automation programs while remaining hands-on in development, converting business requirements into scalable solution architectures that streamline operations across Claims, Underwriting, Policy Administration, and Broker Operations.

Reporting to the Director of Digital Transformation and Intelligent Automation, this role is responsible for the technical execution of automation initiatives - building reusable frameworks, enforcing development standards, and ensuring solutions integrate cleanly with the enterprise application landscape. You will work closely with business analysts, architects, QA, and infrastructure teams throughout the implementation lifecycle, and support production stabilization post-deployment.
