We are seeking a hands-on Lead Full Stack Engineer to lead a small development team and own te architecture, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered applications built on our platform. You will build intuitive, enterprise-ready web experiences that integrate AI capabilities with backend services and business workflows.
Responsibilities
· Own application architecture, technical roadmap, and end-to-end delivery from prototype to production.
· Lead development of responsive, intuitive web applications that integrate AI capabilities into business workflows.
· Design and implement frontend and backend application patterns, API integrations, and reusable components.
· Deliver reliable AI-powered experiences, including streaming responses, long-running workflows, and human review processes.
· Establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, performance, and application reliability.
· Lead, mentor, and coach a small development team while remaining actively involved in hands-on development.
Qualifications
· 8+ years of software engineering experience building production web applications.
· Experience leading engineering teams and owning technical architecture and delivery.
· Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks, such as reach or Vue.
· Experience with web application architecture, REST APIs, backend integrations, and asynchronous services.
· Hands on experience building AI-powered applications using LLMS, agents, conversational interfaces, and RAG.
· Strong understanding of web performance, responsive design, accessibility, and application reliability.
· Excellent communication, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
· Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into technical solutions and deliver in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
