Continuously improve product delivery processes, governance, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
20+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Delivery, Program Management, or Project Management within software development environments.
Strong experience in Business Analysis, including requirements elicitation, process analysis, backlog management, and change management.

Proven ability to work effectively with Solution Architects, software engineering teams, QA, DevOps, and external vendors.
Demonstrated experience managing complex software projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
