Engagement Type: C2C / 1099

Role Overview Peningo Systems is seeking an elite, senior-level Infor LN Solution Architect to lead a complex, multi-year enterprise ERP implementation for a premier Aerospace & Defense client. As the principal architectural authority, you will serve as the strategic bridge between business operations and technical deployment, ensuring that Infor CloudSuite A&D is optimally designed to support heavily regulated discrete manufacturing and supply chain workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Architect the end-to-end technical and functional design of the Infor LN (CloudSuite A&D) implementation.
Partner with executive business stakeholders, implementation partners, and engineering teams to map out complex manufacturing processes and translate them into scalable system requirements.
Identify gaps between out-of-the-box Infor LN functionality and strict DOD/Aerospace requirements, designing robust integration and customization strategies.
Lead system integration planning, connecting Infor LN with legacy manufacturing execution systems (MES), PLM, and third-party applications.
Establish architectural governance, technical standards (e.g., TOGAF), and risk mitigation protocols across the project lifecycle.
Oversee data migration strategies, complex system validation, and functional testing to ensure total compliance with defense industry regulations.

Required Qualifications

Core Experience: 10+ years of proven, hands-on experience in Enterprise Architecture and solution design within Infor LN, CloudSuite, and legacy Baan environments.
Industry Domain: Deep functional expertise in discrete manufacturing, shop floor control, MRP, and supply chain operations within the Aerospace & Defense sector.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, multi-vendor ERP implementations as the primary architectural authority.
Certifications: TOGAF, PMP, or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certifications are highly preferred.
