Hiring: Product Owner / Business Analyst – Annuity Domain
Location: Bethlehem, PA (Onsite 3 days a week – Mandatory)
Experience: 7–10 Years
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst with strong Life Insurance and Annuity domain expertise to join our insurance client’s team.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in annuity products, policy administration, underwriting, and regulatory compliance.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and system interactions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, actuaries, underwriters, and technical teams.
Create and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
Perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, and impact assessments.
Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-implementation activities.
Required Skills:
7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in Life Insurance and Annuities.
Strong knowledge of fixed, variable, and indexed annuity products.
Experience with requirements gathering, process modeling, and business documentation.
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and MS Office.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
LOMA certifications such as FLMI or ARA are a plus.
Important: Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Bethlehem, PA, 3 days per week.
