Business Systems Analyst Senior – Trading 

Location:  Remote 

Duration: Contract - 10 months

Client Is Looking For

The client is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong commodity trading and hedging experience, specifically in soft commodities like grains and seeds, and hands-on functional or techno-functional experience with ION XTP and ION Openlink (Endur/Openlink).

Key requirements:

• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting commodity trading and hedging.
• Strong experience with ION XTP or similar ION platforms and ION Openlink/Endur.
• Understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle, trading, risk, middle office, and back-office operations.
• Ability to gather requirements, map business processes, support solution design, and coordinate SIT/UAT testing.
• Experience in production support, incident management, root-cause analysis, defect resolution, and system integrations.
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination with business teams, IT teams, and vendors.

Ideal candidate: A senior techno-functional BA who understands grain/seed commodity trading and hedging, has worked directly with ION trading platforms, and can manage projects from requirements gathering through deployment, hypercare, and ongoing production support.

Important: Prioritize candidates with both ION platform experience and soft commodity/Trading/Hedging domain.
