Senior MS Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator

Introduction: We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator to manage, maintain, and support CRM applications, users, security, and environments.

Responsibilities:

Manage Dynamics 365 CRM users, teams, security roles, and permissions.
Configure forms, views, dashboards, tables, and business rules.
Manage Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
Import, export, and deploy CRM solutions between environments.
Monitor and troubleshoot workflows, Power Automate flows, and system jobs.
Manage data imports, exports, and data quality.
Troubleshoot CRM access, performance, and production issues.
Manage backups, environment capacity, and system updates.
Support integrations with SharePoint, Outlook, and other applications.
Coordinate with developers, functional consultants, and business teams.
Maintain documentation and follow security best practices.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM administration.
Knowledge of Dataverse and Power Platform.
Experience with security roles, business units, and teams.
Knowledge of Power Automate and workflows.
Experience with solution management and deployments.
Basic knowledge of FetchXML, plugins, JavaScript, and Web API.
Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
