Strong requirements elicitation, interviewing, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills. 3. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and related collaboration tools. 4. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Visio for process mapping, workflow documentation, and technical/business diagrams. 7. Experience working with technical SMEs across infrastructure, applications, service delivery, cybersecurity, or similar IT disciplines. | PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): 1. Experience with documentation recovery, IT operational maturity, knowledge-management, or process-standardization initiatives. 2. REQUIRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, OR equivalent relevant professional experience. Demonstrated experience and quality of prior work are more important than a specific certification. | PREFERRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, PMP, ITIL Foundation, or comparable professional certification. Certifications are preferred but will not substitute for demonstrated experience and strong work products. |
INTERVIEW PROCESS:
Resume and work-product/portfolio review followed by one panel interview with IT leadership and key subject-matter experts. Candidates should provide sanitized examples of prior business-analysis deliverables such as process maps, workflow diagrams, requirements documents, current-state assessments, inventories, matrices, or comparable artifacts.
