Sentinel is looking for a ServiceNow Engineer to join our growing team. In this position, you will be the subject matter expert in supporting our ServiceNow platform based on business needs; with a focus on CSM, ITSM, ITBM and ITAM. This role primarily focuses on managing support tickets and overseeing the ticket escalation process within the system. This position can be performed remotely but will require occasional onsite support at our Downers Grove, IL headquarters.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years' ServiceNow platform support experience
- Full experience with ServiceNow Platform Required
- Strong understanding and core Implementation and architecture experience (IT Service Management, IT Business Management - SPM Strategic Portfolio Management)
- Experience with IT Asset Management and IT Operations Management preferred
- Experience CSM Implementation preferred, Domain Separation preferred
- Experience with Integration with other systems (ServiceNow, ERP or other third party systems)
- Experience with App Engine Studio, Scoped Applications, Midservers, Instance Upgrades
- Experience with Service Catalog/Service Portal module/Flow Designer/Business Rules/SLAs/Notifications/ACLs
- Excellent JavaScript experience, support and troubleshooting experience
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
