Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of cloud-based solutions and digital architecture strategies to support business objectives and growth.
- Manage the company's on-premise and cloud infrastructure ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Oversee network and server virtualization, ensuring maximum efficiency and uptime.
- Lead the implementation and management of Microsoft 365, VMWare, Intune, SCCM, and Rubrik.
- Collaborate with various business units to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop and implement IT policies and best practices for cloud solutions and digital architecture.
- Conduct regular system audits and proactively address any security issues.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay current with the latest technologies and trends in cloud solutions and digital architecture, and make recommendations for their implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing cloud solutions and digital architecture in a manufacturing or similar industry.
- Proven experience in managing on-premise infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of network and server virtualization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, VMWare, Intune, SCCM, and Rubrik.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Commitment to staying current with the latest technologies and trends in cloud solutions and digital architecture.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, VMware Certified Professional) will be an added advantage.
