Industrial Engineer needed in Fort Mill, SC for full-time position with growing manufacturing company. The Industrial Engineering Specialist will assist the manufacturing plant team by providing support in problem-solving, lean and continuous improvement initiatives, and process optimization efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that all Industrial Engineering (IE) activities, both in the office and on the production floor, are conducted safely. Responsible for addressing any unsafe practices observed among employees, whether on the shop floor or in the office.
- Effectively supports and comprehends Eastern's manufacturing processes, with full responsibility for project launches. This role is accountable for timely completion of all deliverables assigned to the Industrial Engineer, including the Process Flow Diagram, Equipment Plan and Installation, Equipment Qualification, Tooling and Equipment Tryout, Run at Rate, and Operator Work Instructions.
- Additionally, assists in preparing project cost estimates, budgets, Return on Investment (ROI) analyses, and Capital Expenditure Requests as needed."

Job Details
- Three (3) or more years of experience in the relevant manufacturing processes.
- Proven success in work-cell layout design.
- Demonstrated experience in developing Standard Work.
