Job Location: Sacramento, CA (On-Site)

  • Lead ServiceNow Developer with hands-on development experience and a proven ability to lead a team in developing, implementing, and supporting the ServiceNow platform.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, workflow design, and UI/UX, along with experience working in the public sector or government projects.
  • Lead a diverse team in the development, implementation, and support of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Act as a technical resource to develop, configure, maintain, support, and administer business solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop custom workflow applications, dashboards, and reports within ServiceNow.
    Install and configure new ServiceNow modules as needed to meet business requirements.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory).
  • Extensive ServiceNow development experience, preferably in a lead role.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, with advanced CSS skills being a plus.
  • Strong UI/UX design experience. Familiarity with cloud platforms and SaaS models.
    Previous experience in public sector or government projects is preferred.
