RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is hiring a Project Manager with Healthcare Payer experience to work hybrid onsite 2 days a week in Boston/Canton, MA.

Summary:
As the Project Manager - Healthcare Payer, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of large-scale, cross-functional projects that aim to mitigate organizational risk and maximize strategic opportunities. Reporting to the Director of the Corporate Program Management Office (CPMO), you will be responsible for all phases of the project management lifecycle for complex, high-risk projects that span 6-18 months and often involve external vendors.

Responsibilities include:
* Project Manager will drive successful execution of large-scale, cross-functional projects
* Mitigate organizational risk and maximize strategic opportunities
* Report to the Director of the Corporate Program Management Office (CPMO)
* Manage all phases of project lifecycle for complex, high-risk projects
* Implement project management tools and methodologies
* Evaluate cost and feasibility of multiple options to resolve project issues
* As a Project Manager, you will manage project budgets
* Organize teams across business and technology
* Develop relationships and navigate political issues
* Perform strategic analysis and risk mitigation
* Proactively identify conflict and integration issues
* Remove obstacles by anticipating challenges

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or relevant experience (advanced degree preferred)
* Requires strong, 10+ years of Healthcare Payer business experience
* 10-15 years of project management experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience in process management
* Minimum 2 years of experience in health insurance operations (if PMP certified) or 4 years (if not)
* Experience with Affordability of Care (AOC) and Total Cost of Care (TCOC)
* Experience with CQI, TQM, PDCA, PMBOK, or other formal improvement techniques
* Proven track record of meeting project deadlines with successful outcomes
* Ability to thrive in a matrix-management, hands-on environment
* Strong negotiating, influencing, and advocacy skills
* Outstanding communication and relationship management skills
* Strongly preferred certifications: PMP and Agile

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
