RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager Tech 1 in Redmond, WA.
Summary:
The main function of an IT Project Manager is to oversee the application of project management methodology during all phases of the project cycle, with responsibilities including project design, scope management, cost control, quality and performance reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
* Develops, tracks and manages project budget, project plans, timelines and scope
* Manage project resources including procuring project staff, developing, motivating, coaching and advising
* Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirements
* Lead teams of developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs
* Define test plans and ensure that products are defect free before User Acceptance Testing
* Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures
* Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses
* Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized
* Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors
Purpose of the Team:
* Ops team sits within CCT and manages data platform, automation and operations for CCT programs and communities
* Develop, maintain, and manage program requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks and challenges
* Support Managers to drive a program or projects
* Work closely with program/process owners, stakeholders and business partners to identify business change and drive the consensus necessary to adopt a manageable change strategy
* Manage programs and projects involving multiple parties/organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities
* Lead cross-organization project teams towards targeted and scheduled outcomes
* Engage with program/process owners, stakeholders and business partners as necessary to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree is required to be eligible for this role
* 1-2 overall years of experience in the field
* Minimum 2+ years of experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
* Minimum 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
* Minimum 2+ years of experience with Teams
* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work, especially in monitoring and responding to the community of customers
* Should be familiar with advanced features of Microsoft Teams, indicating good communication and collaboration skills
* High-powered analytical skills and the ability to understand concepts and situations that pass by many others
* While not mandatory, having a basic understanding of data and Power BI is considered a nice-to-have skill
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
