Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an experienced UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping Solution Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of timekeeping solutions for a leading ERP and WFM systems provider.

This position involves owning and delivering consultative needs for UKG timekeeping systems, focusing on optimizing and implementing effective scheduling solutions.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years of experience working in Healthcare vertical
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Certified in UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping module, with at least four years of related experience
  • Ability to lead complex, fast-paced projects in a collaborative team setting
  • Able to handle escalated issues, understand client needs and tailor solutions and responses to meet these needs
  • Ability to analyze complex data or facts, summarize findings, and present results in a compelling way

Requirements
  • Proven experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Workforce Management (WFM) systems
  • Expertise in advanced scheduling solutions
  • Strong understanding of UKG Pro WFM and its timekeeping capabilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
  • Willingness to travel as required for on-site client engagements

Responsibilities
  • Specifically, the primary objective for this role is to lead and leverage expert knowledge and best practices to deliver solutions on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality
  • The UKG Timekeeping Consultant, leads large, complex workforce management strategic and implementation engagements and manages these projects to successful completion
  • Provides advanced-level knowledge of the UKG Pro WFM or Workforce Central (Legacy Kronos Workforce Dimensions or Kronos Workforce Central) Timekeeping module, specifically as it relates to clients in the healthcare industry
  • Leads all aspects of workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications and upgrades of time and attendance initiatives including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development, and support
  • Collaborated with client executives and internal PMO leadership to ensure successful project milestones.
  • Facilitates complex working sessions for both internal and client teams, including defining strategic objectives and tailors these to meet client-specific needs as necessary
  • Creates detailed functional and technical design documents, including test plans, test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation
  • Analyzes complex data or facts and summarizes and presents findings in a compelling way
