Job Details

Technical Skills:
  • PeopleSoft Development Tools:
    • PeopleCode: Understanding and writing code within the PeopleSoft environment for business logic.
    • Application Engine: Creating and managing background processes within PeopleSoft.
    • PeopleTools: Utilizing PeopleSoft's suite of tools for development and customization.
  • Database Skills:
    • SQL and PL/SQL: Writing and executing SQL queries to interact with the PeopleSoft database.
    • Oracle Databases (12g or higher): Experience with Oracle databases and performance tuning.
  • PeopleSoft HCM Modules:
    • HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation: Familiarity with various PeopleSoft HCM modules.
  • Data Migration and Integration:
    • Data Conversion Scripts: Creating and modifying scripts for data conversion.
    • Integration Broker: Utilizing PeopleSoft's integration tools to connect with other systems.
    • STAT Tool: Using the STAT tool for data migration and troubleshooting.
  • Other Technical Skills:
    • XML: Working with XML data formats.
    • Enterprise Performance Management (EPM): Familiarity with EPM concepts and tools.
Other Important Aspects:
  • Understanding of HR Business Processes: Familiarity with HR business processes and how they are supported by PeopleSoft.
  • Solution Design: Developing functional and technical solutions to meet business needs.
  • Testing and Validation: Performing unit testing and validating data during implementation.
  • Production Support: Providing ongoing support for PeopleSoft HCM applications in a production environment.
