mainframe profiles both onsite and offshore.
Very specific skill Client does not want some one with application programming, he/she should be admin type, who installed CICS earlier and have relevant experience. 8-10 yrs of experience.
CICS System programming skills ( Install CICS, Create CICS Region, Customize CICS Tables, Tune CICS Regions, Code Assembler, etc) and not application programming or support
