Your role and responsibilities

Are you ready to take the reins and drive our marketing and sales efforts to new heights? In this exciting role, you will spearhead regional and local marketing and sales activities for our cutting-edge products, systems, and services within defined industry segments.\n\nIn this role, you will lead with impact by taking charge of our marketing and sales strategies, ensuring substantial growth in sales, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement innovative approaches to capture and expand our presence in selected market segments. Plus, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating customer satisfaction and loyalty through strategic marketing and sales initiatives.\n\nThe work model for the role is: #LI-Remote\n\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\n\nDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and market growth targets, aligning with overall business strategy.\n\nOversee all sales functions and ensure high-quality sales, service, and delivery, while fostering key account relationships.\n\nChampion CRM (Salesforce) usage across the organization to track sales metrics and support strategic deals.\n\nLead sales organization change initiatives and define sales training programs to support staff potential and company objectives.\n\nOversee marketing functions and ensure compliance with laws and regulations, while driving campaigns that support business goals.
Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience in a sales leadership role
  • Successful experience selling technical services to multiple industries
  • Experience with add-on acquisitions, preferred
  • Demonstrated abilities in all aspects of sales and marketing leadership including managing a diverse group of sales managers and account executives
  • Travel of up to 50% required
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
