Description
Looking for a jack of all trades desktop support technician to help with everyday support and project based work. This person will be responsible for basic troubleshooting of Windows 10 devices. They will also be involved with the transition to Windows 11 this year. They will also assist with asset lifecycle management: building, setting up (imaging), deploying and repairing devices. Lastly, there will be other office troubleshooting including printers, desktops and peripherals.
They will work within Azure Active Directory for general account management including setting up user accounts and resetting passwords. Client uses JIRAs ticketing system to complete daily tasks. They will also assist in creating KBAs and SLAs for the future.
There will be a little bit of MAC support as well. They currently have a specific technician dedicated to MAC support however if that person needs help or is off this person will need to step in.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
1) Previous experience working with C suite executives. This is an open office concept so at times they will have people walk up to their workstation including leadership.
2) MAC and JAMF experience are a big plus. Even if this person has a personal MAC at home that would be helpful

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
