We are looking for a skilled Industrial Engineer Senior to join our team, supporting the F-35 Final Systems Checkout area. This role is pivotal in optimizing production processes by analyzing schedules, staffing plans, and monitoring key metrics to drive continuous improvement and maintain operational excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Production Process Optimization:
Enhance production activities by implementing automation techniques and utilizing various software tools.
Monitor production health metrics, ensuring timely identification of potential issues and areas for improvement.
Project Management:
Lead projects focused on production efficiency, staffing optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of solutions into the production environment.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with Industrial Engineering, Production Management, and various production support functions to align objectives and ensure operational effectiveness.
Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring production goals are met while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols.

Who You Are
You are a driven and resourceful Industrial Engineer Senior with a strong background in optimizing production environments.
You thrive in collaborative settings and are eager to use automation and analytical techniques to improve operational efficiency.
With excellent communication skills, you are able to work effectively with teams to develop and implement strategic solutions.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.

Basic Qualifications

Experience developing production plans in a professional environment.

Experience with forecasting methods (learning curves &/or parametric estimates).

Experience with statistical analysis, data analysis, &/or database operations.

Desired skills

- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a
related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

- Experience with statistical analysis (regression
analysis, statistical process control, R, Python, Tableau, etc.)

- Experience with database operations (data mining, SQL statements)

- Experience with Assembly EVMS Processes

- Experience working with business objects (BO) and enterprise data warehouse (EDW)

- Experience with analytical and project planning tools and software, including MS Office Suite of tools

-Lean/Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt, Green Belt, PDCA, etc.)

- Project management experience

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $74,700 - $143,100. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $85,900 - $161,900. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
