Responsibilities:
  • Designs, integrates, tests, fields, and maintains information system under limited supervision.
  • Plans, estimates, defines and documents technical requirements for OM&S systems, equipment and software configurations.
  • Develops architectural concepts and cybersecurity requirements IAW RMF.
  • Supports engineering or architectural development in the design, testing, implementation, and sustainment of complex intelligence or information sharing systems.
  • Reports to Leidos OM&S Program Manager.

Required Qualifications:
  • Current Secret level clearance.
  • Knowledge and experience with DoD Architectural Framework, FMN, NATOFMN, DISA (MNIS), JIE, JADC2, or DI2E.
  • Ability to apply Systems Engineering methodologies to Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) of Mission Partner Environments (MPE).
  • Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree - Candidate may substitute additional years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of BICES-X or other MPE Programs.
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $65,000.00 - $117,500.00
