The role is responsible for stewarding strategic internal HR tech platform initiatives and driving the delivery of transformational change by providing leadership and direction to the management of Intuit's highest priority initiatives in HR tech. This role helps accelerate business transformation in a way that enables Intuit to deliver the most efficient and flexible HR technologies and user experiences. This role has significant executive leadership visibility.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
MTV - $222,500- $301,500SD - $206,500- $279,500
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at ).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.

Responsibilities
What you'll bring...
- Strong Program Management leadership experience, including 10+ years planning and leading a strategy and portfolio of programs and/or extremely large complex programs.
- Demonstrated ability to influence at the VP level and above within a matrixed environment.
- Expertise in Workday (and Workday Extend), Avature, Radancy, related enterprise HR platforms. Also other enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow or Salesforce.
- Project/program framework best practices, tools, and techniques.
- Strong understanding of software development approaches, architecture, and lifecycles. Experience with Agile methodologies is highly desired.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across teams in delivering the best outcome of programs.
- Computer science or other technical education or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Agile training and experience preferred.
