The successful candidate will have over 4 years of experience managing Windows workstations and a strong background in implementing and managing EUC solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Nexthink (End User Experience Tools), Microsoft Intune with experience Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Group Policy Management, and Enterprise Privileged Management.

We are seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have over 4 years of experience managing Windows workstations and a strong background in implementing and managing EUC solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Nexthink (End User Experience Tools), Microsoft Intune with experience Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Group Policy Management, and Enterprise Privileged Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a large fleet of Windows workstations, ensuring they are secure, up-to-date, and running optimally.
- Implement and manage Microsoft Intune, including configuration, deployment, and monitoring of desktops.
- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) environments, including software deployment and asset management.
- Utilize Nexthink (End User Experience Tools) to monitor and analyze end-user experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance user productivity.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, guidelines, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and services.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, IT staff, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest EUC trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve existing processes and implement new solutions.
Required Skills and Education
- Over 4 years of experience managing Windows workstations in an enterprise environment.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, including configuration, deployment, and monitoring of desktops.
- Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), including software deployment and asset management.
- Proficiency in Nexthink (End User Experience Tools), including monitoring and analysis of end-user experience.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, including Windows 11
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Experience with scripting languages, such as PowerShell, is a plus.
Preferred Skills and Education
- Experience with cloud-based EUC solutions, such as Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of other EUC tools and technologies, such as ServiceNow to automate day to day tasks
- Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
