Digital Consultants is seeking a Federal Contract Specialist/Pricing Analyst to join our team! The Federal Contract Specialist/Pricing Analyst will work closely with our Business Development team throughout the proposal process, from planning to labor rate calculations, cost spreadsheets, and post-award contract administration. To succeed in this role, you will need at least 2 years of experience in federal government contracting and experience building labor related pricing proposals.


Duties to include:

  • Analyze proposed prices, forecast trends, and estimate service costs.
  • Evaluate subcontractor bids and perform cost analysis.
  • Develop pre-negotiation positions and support contract negotiations.
  • Support Financial department with reports, budgets, and ROI analysis.
  • Prepare and present pricing analysis findings to clients and senior leadership.
  • Compile proposal package documentation for submission to customer.
  • Administer, modify, and evaluate contract terms.
  • Assist in administration of the Unanet Financial System
  • Manage GSA contracts, assess DOL Wage Determination
  • Generate contract close-out actions.
  • Identify contracting issues.
  • Stay informed on pricing analysis methods and industry trends.
  • Comply with all Agency policies and procedures and follow contract specifications.
  • Assure a high level of quality in performance of all work.
  • Perform other corporate assigned duties.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree or 5+ years experience in contracting
  • 1+ years experience in using Unanet Financial System
  • 2+ years in professional services managing federal government contracts
  • 2+ years experience in building FFP, CPFF and T&M related pricing proposals.
  • Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot tables and formulas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • LOCATION: Hybrid-Alexandria, VA or Remote-San Antonio, TX
