POS Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an onsite POS Analyst to join their team in Canton, MA.

Essential Functions:
* Understanding our in-store network design and equipment in both brands
* POS Analyst will be supporting and troubleshooting our in-store networks and devices
* Running PowerShell packet captures and analyzing in Wireshark
* Leading support calls for troubleshooting store issues, engaging the vendor or Retail network team as needed
* Understanding restaurant technology in store and how it connects and utilizes the network
* Utilizing Network tools to monitor and validate network issues in our stores
* Manage the network within our lab partnering with the Retail Network Team
* Technical documentation and knowledge articles and training for our Support teams
* As a POS Analyst, you will form cross functional relationships and communications with our network vendor, network team and support teams
* Understanding and troubleshooting in-store Wireless Network
* Understanding and troubleshooting Cellular and Satellite Network devices

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3 years+ of professional Network Analyst
* 3 years+ of experience troubleshooting root cause analysis
* Familiar with Meraki devices and Meraki Web Dashboard
* Understanding of Windows Firewall for Windows 10/Windows 11
* Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and teamwork ability

Nice to Have:
* Meraki Device and Meraki Web Dashboard familiarity
* POS familiarity

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
