Job Description
You will be the Integration, Test and Evaluation (IT&E) Engineer for a missile demonstration test program, responsible for generating test plans and procedures, executing and reporting ground tests and flight tests, and managing missile build and integration activities.
What You Will Be Doing
As the IT&E Engineer, you will be responsible for generating test plans and procedures, executing and reporting ground tests and flight tests, and managing missile build and integration activities in a "missile manager" role. You will work closely with technical leads to ensure engineering excellence and communicate technical status and issues to program and functional leadership, as well as externally to customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Generating test plans and procedures for ground tests and flight tests
Executing and reporting ground tests and flight tests
Managing missile build and integration activities in a "missile manager" role
Coordinating with various groups to ensure program requirements are being met
Supporting on-site and off-site testing, including trips to White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), NM, and Woomera Test Range in Australia
Supporting missile Design Verification Testing (DVT) in labs such as the Environmental Test Lab and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) lab
Communicating technical status and issues internally and externally

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
