LMI is seeking a Share Point Developer to support a Veterans Affairs SharePoint Development effort.

Responsibilities
The SharePoint Developer (Senior) duties may include:
- Solution Design:
- Analyze business requirements to identify SharePoint-based solutions.
- Design and develop SharePoint solutions, including custom workflows, web parts, and applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet their needs.
- Development:
- Develop SharePoint solutions using SharePoint development frameworks (e.g., .NET, PowerShell).
- Create custom web parts, workflows, and other components to extend SharePoint functionality.
- Integrate SharePoint with other systems and applications.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Test and debug SharePoint solutions to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform unit, integration, and system testing.
- Provide technical support for SharePoint applications.
- Maintenance and Support:
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for SharePoint solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint technologies and best practices.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain technical documentation for SharePoint solutions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience developing SharePoint solutions.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, development frameworks, and best practices.
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, PowerShell, and other relevant programming languages.
- Experience with SharePoint workflows, web parts, and custom applications.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and database design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eligibility for government clearance (U.S citizenship required)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
- Certifications in SharePoint development or Microsoft 365.
- Experience with SharePoint migration and upgrade projects.
- Knowledge of Azure and cloud-based SharePoint solutions.
