Description
We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant in Tampa, Florida. The chosen candidate will be a key player in our ERP Implementation project, providing expertise in Oracle HCM and enterprise security planning.
Responsibilities:
Provide Oracle HCM expertise in ERP implementation projects
Assist in the planning and implementation of enterprise security for Oracle HCM
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure successful ERP implementation
Identify and resolve any issues related to Oracle HCM implementation
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle HCM and enterprise security best practices
Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines
Monitor the progress of the Oracle HCM implementation and make adjustments as necessary
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding the status of the implementation
Continually improve processes and procedures related to Oracle HCM implementation
Ensure all activities comply with enterprise security standards.
Requirements
Proficiency in Oracle HCM is a must-have for this role. The candidate should have a deep understanding of all the functionalities of this software for effective implementation.
Experience in Enterprise Security is required. The candidate should have the capability to ensure the Oracle HCM system is secure and mitigate any potential security risks.
Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary. The candidate should be capable of integrating Oracle HCM with other ERP systems effectively.
The candidate should have a proven track record of successfully implementing Oracle HCM in a large organization.
Excellent problem-solving skills are needed. The candidate should be able to identify potential issues during the implementation process and devise effective solutions.
Strong communication skills are required. The candidate should be able to articulate technical details to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. A master's degree or relevant certifications in Oracle HCM will be considered a plus.
The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Previous experience in the same industry will be considered an advantage.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential. The candidate should be able to collaborate with other team members effectively and also take the initiative when necessary.
