Job Details

Specific Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Assess the current state and provide recommendations
  • Daily administration of Operational systems, users, applications, and reports.
  • Escalate issues in a timely matter to third-party application vendors.
  • Keep abreast of new operational systems' features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Support external and internal users on company's Operational systems via ticketing system.
  • Responsible for installation and configuration of operating systems and software applications.
  • Manage user accounts, including creating new accounts, modifying permissions and access rights, and ensuring proper authentication and authorization mechanisms are in place.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date process documentation, including system configurations, operational procedures, and technical troubleshooting guides.
  • Update existing documentation to reflect changes in system configurations, procedures, and best practices, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues and incidents, including software problems and system logs, and provide timely solutions.
  • Monitor system performance, analyze trends, and plan for future growth to ensure optimal system performance and support.
  • Maintain and develop integrations with other systems.
  • Assist with and Maintain backup and recovery to protect data and ensure business continuity in case of system failure or disasters.
  • Maintain data quality processes, governance, and effective use of issue tracking/intake process, and management tools.
  • Implement security measures with recommendations of the DIGITAL Security Team.
  • Manage ticketing system queues that support various operations systems
  • Collaborate with ticketing system agents to provide support meeting company's established SLAs.
  • Responsible for attending all scheduled team meetings, including but not limited to weekly status updates, project planning sessions, and ad-hoc team discussions virtually and onsite.
  • Onsite presence is required with a work schedule of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
