Job Title: Sr. Lead Analyst/Gov. Healthcare Programs

Location: Remote

Job Description:

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of experience in a lead capacity aligning information technology (IT) systems with organizational business processes.
  • Eight (8) years of experience performing technical project oversight, including milestones, schedules, document reviews and analysis, stakeholder meetings and reporting on large-scale IT initiatives.
  • Five (5) years of experience leading teams within an IT Project Lifecycle (i.e., Software Development Lifecycle and Agile/Scrum) for a large-scale IT initiative.
  • Five (5) years of experience documenting and improving enterprise governance processes within a large organization.
  • Possession of a bachelor s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of experience working on State and/or Federal Healthcare IT programs and/or projects.
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external organizational entities to understand and apply policy across large organizations with various stakeholders.
  • Experience with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Medicaid Information Technology Architecture(MITA) and CMS Certification processes.
  • Experience demonstrating effective communication in a multidisciplinary environment among varied resources levels (i.e., business and technical staff, management).
