JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role will be responsible for supporting the business requirements and analytics needed to fulfill next generation pricing capabilities, tools and systems. This role will be primary lead in defining pricing attributes and optimization models, including documenting future state pricing business requirements and processes, and working with technical development teams to implement iterative improvements to our pricing technology platforms Other responsibilities will include developing price strategy plans and content, creating test scripts, coordinating and leading unit testing, and User Acceptance sessions.
This position will collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders and resources - including Senior Business Analyst, Technology teams, Functional stakeholders and Operations teams.
We are looking for a business analyst who will also play a QA role. I believe we need to broaden our search criteria and not focus solely on candidates with Salesforce tech experience.
Our ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and have a solid understanding of sales processes, especially in the pricing domain. They should also have the ability to quickly grasp various business processes. From a technical perspective, some exposure to Excel-based applications would be sufficient.

Skills :
Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a business analyst role, preferably one that affects sales behaviors such as pricing, business development, marketing, or sales enablement.
Experience with designing and implementing systems that affect sales behavior, such as CRM, SFA, CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, etc.
Experience in the Professional Services / Consulting industry is strongly desired, but not mandatory.
Experience with the Salesforce platform, design approach, configuration and integration; Revenue Cloud/CPQ is a major plus.
Experiencing implementing pricing technologies, either internally built or leveraging a 3rd party provider.
Experience in developing solution/product visions and specifications, facilitating stakeholder workshops with keen attention to detail and willingness to respectfully challenge group think in pursuit of strategic objectives.
Hands-on experience in executing the process to elicit requirements, develop functional solutions, design system workflows/UX in Salesforce or related 3rd party solutions, support development resources, prepare test plans, and support deployment and change management plans.
Ability to engage and interact with technical, non-technical, offshore and 3rd party vendor staff; with strong problem-solving, interpersonal skills.
General knowledge of data technologies, including Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and how they can be leveraged in an application and UX design.
Experience with SAP or other ERP billing systems a plus
Expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams); User-level knowledge of Jira
A demonstrated, mature ability to work and collaborate within a matrixed partnership environment, engender collegiality and trust, and collaborate with individuals across indirect reporting lines.
