Company Overview: Youngtronics LLC ( a Youngsoft Group Company) is a world class quality control manufacturer company, a Leader in providing electronics manufacturing services including contract design, material procurement, documentation, assembly and testing. Youngtronics is looking for an engaging and experienced Outside Sales Representative to help our Electronic Manufacturing Service Company to expand its customer database and bring in more assembly jobs, specifically for PCBA (printed circuit board assembly) and cable assembly.
Position Summary: The Junior Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new
business within the PCB manufacturing sector. This role involves identifying potential customers,
presenting our products and services, and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets. The ideal
candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to develop their career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and Generate Leads:
Identify and research potential customers within the PCB manufacturing industry.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
2. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our PCB products and services to potential customers.
Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs of each client.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
4. Sales Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
5. Market Analysis and Reporting:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to the Sales Manager.

6. Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with the internal sales team, marketing, and production departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

Qualifications: Education:

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electronics or PCB manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as required (up to 50%).

Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
