Overview

This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.

This position is responsible for providing advanced technical support to data processing systems. Analyzes existing and proposed data processing systems or procedures that improve processing capabilities. Assists the installation of programs and procedures developed in coordination with end user groups. Enhances data processing systems and procedures through system analysis, coding, testing, and other activities that facilitate technical business objectives. May occasionally guide less experienced analysts in the work group.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in developing and maintaining CICD pipelines in Gitlab or Jenkins.
  • Experience in working with cross functional teams , including App security, Application engineering, and Infrastructure teams.
  • Experience in developing automations using scripting languages such as Python.
  • Knowledge in major tech stacks of modern application development
  • Experience in developing build process for Java, .net, ios and android, and automating deployment process for Openshift and VM
  • Knowledge in AWS & Azure is a plus.
  • Knowledge DevSecOps best practices and implementations.
  • Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Performs analysis for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output.
  • System Testing - Thoroughly tests systems to ensure proper installation of new software, system changes, and overall efficiency. Evaluates and conveys testing results. Performs coding and assists in implementing system modifications and enhancements.
  • Business Support - Provides technical support by performing coding, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve processing capabilities. Works closely with business units and operation teams to support their business objectives.
  • Technical Proficiency - Utilizes knowledge to develop or install appropriate computer software. Serves as a resource on data processing systems and procedures.
  • On-call Support - Provides 24/7 on-call support via rotation.


Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Application software programming OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Application software programming

Preferred Area of Study: Computer Science

Preferred Area of Experience:

If hired in North Carolina, the base pay for this position is generally between $81,600 and $125,000. If hired in Arizona, the base pay for this position is generally between $89,000 and $137,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
