This position is part of Novanta's ATI Industrial Automation business unit. ATI is the world's leading developer of robotic end of arm technologies. Summary

As a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will ensure our company's continuous success. You will identify improvement areas, optimize processes, and drive change across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Facilitating cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems through process improvement.
  • Assisting in communicating change management plans and risk to all affected stakeholders or teams
  • Providing training and support to team members on continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Leading the implementation of the Novanta Growth System (NGS) at site level
  • Conducting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality.


Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies
  • Knowledge Possess significant experience applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
  • Skill Be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Skill Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Skill Be able to lead cross-functional teams and drive change across the organization.
